Welcome to the Office of the Registrar at Southern University. Our office prides itself on ensuring quality and expedient service to our students and community.  We are dedicated to providing students, 教师, administrators, 工作人员, 校友, and the general public with an array of exceptional academic services in an accurate, consistent and timely manner.

The Registrar's Office is responsible for securing and maintaining an accurate record of the academic endeavors of students who enroll in the university. It certifies that all candidates for graduation in their stated curriculum have met the requirements for graduation. The office provides statistical information to 教师 and administrators relating to student enrollment and academic progress.  It also enforces all policies and procedures for enrollment, degree requirements, and general education requirements as listed in the University Catalog.

Our office is here for you. Our services include verifying enrollment, providing transcripts, processing students for readmission and transfer status, in addition to other services. We strive to provide quintessential customer service, and we welcome your comments, inquiries and suggestions.  Please email registrar@alignmake.net with any feedback in order for us to address your concerns.  The enrollment services 工作人员 will work continuously to improve and enhance the quality of our services to benefit the Southern University and A&M community.
